All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Ontario. HealthFoodCanada.com prides itself on customer service. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days if shipped to your shipping address.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-1pm EST excluding Sundays and Holidays.
As much as we wished that Canada Post worked 365 Days a year; they do not. Orders placed after 9 AM on Saturday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Any orders placed after 10 AM the day before a holiday can be expected to ship in the next 2 business day(s).
We are not responsible and can not be held liable for any orders that are shown as delivered by Canada Post. Furthermore, we can not be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping.
All shipments will be issued a tracking number for your convenience and if you create an account with us, you will be notified as soon as your package is shipped, and the you can trace your package at www.CanadaPost.ca with your issued tracking number. Tracking numbers are visible at CanadaPost.ca 24 hours after the order has been shipped.
Items lost in transit:
Once an item is shipped and a tracking number is provided, HealthFoodCanada.com shall not be responsible for receipt of your package. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that have not been insured by the purchaser. The additional purchase of shipping insurance is recommended and is available in the product listings or your shopping cart.
